No Stanford Band

Is the Stanford band ever not in trouble? They are pretty renowned for offensive/edgy antics.

rmndcat,
Right you are! This is a group of unruly dipshits, who are not in the least bit entertaining. Nice to know that they won't be present on September 5.

They were cute in the 70's. They suck in the 2010's.............

Lighten up. A scramble band like Stanford, Rice, and most of the Ivies is more entertaining than the robot bands. Once Princeton did a salute to the Dartmouth Homecoming Queen, and a 300 lb. guy in a flannel shirt popped out of a cake.

Wow, what a performance! I'll really miss the Stanford band criminals in Evanston. Give me a break.

Not nearly as funny as they think they are. Just sayin.

Having sat through way too many Ivy League football halftime shows than should be legally allowed for a human being, this is absolutely the correct answer.

The Stanford band wasn't allowed to make the trip to the volleyball final four in 2006, so on the timeouts designated for them, their fight song (canned) was played over the PA, or another canned song was played.

At least that probably means the Tree won't be there either...

This event merits a point deduction from what will probably be a ten point spread. Stanford by nine.
That's too bad. The 'Furd Band might've been worth a 6 point swing for The Cats like they were for Cal in the '82 game after they prematurely stormed out on the field near game's end.

I'm betting that "The Tree" plants itself in Evanston.
