    Very low; state tournament sites are usually geographically central, not just wherever there is a large population. Whereas Peoria or Champaign are going to be 2-3 hours for quite a few Illinoisans, kids from Southern Illinois (still well over 1.2 million) would have 10+ hours of round trip travel.
