This has been such a great thread. I remember thinking 100 days was forever and ridiculous; a third of a year practically. now it is less than a bye week. Thanks to everyone who contributed.
Had forgotten about another Colter superhuman play that occurs during this game where the safety absolutely drills him at the goal line and Colter somehow manages to extend the ball while he is falling down, over the safety and over the goal line without losing possession of the ball...
You're welcome. This has been fun to do. Not sure I can do it again next year, but maybe after NU wins the national championship this year there will be 100 new clips we can show.
I'm old enough to remember a humiliating 50-6 loss at Rice in 1967 and the 8-fumble debacle against them at old Dyche in the last year of the Peay regime so I LOVE those highlights.
10 days left. Here's last year's opener, complete with a touchdown sneak by #10, who may or may not start next week against Stanford. I continue to refuse to believe anyone but Johnson will start, although I reserve the right to also predict they'll put NEITHER QB out there and just run a Wildcat with Moten or something on the first play.

I was working downtown and the cheerleaders and others were passing them out on Michigan Ave. Think I still have it but since we recently moved there is a lot stuff in boxes.I was at both the MSU and the NIU game. I didn't realize they laked the posts after MSU, I was long gone by that time. But I was in the mob at NIU although I never got to touch the posts.
