Can't blame this on the players. You could pick out some stuff here and there, but this kind of epic failure is on the coaches.
It’s on both coaches and players. This is a complete failure of a year across the board. We’ve got a bunch of great guys that work hard and play hard, but they are just a lousy football team that has completely lost all confidence. It’s in all of their heads at this point.
I don’t know. It looks like a schematic and talent problem on offense and an exhaustion and morale problem on defense

Ultimately, this sort of season *should* force Fitz to make a change, whether he believes it’s warranted or not. The buck has to stop somewhere, heads must roll, etc etc
He can’t afford to have another season like this next year. Otherwise it’ll set the program back to about when he started.

Maybe Phillips could "promote" Fitz to a position in the ivory tower. Yes he's the face of NU football but not a good HC. Changes are needed, BIG changes!
