Fenwick Illinois HS special teams long snapper will be camping at NU this summer in the hopes of attracting a scholarship offer. Per the link below, he is recognized as one of the best HS specialists in the class of 2017. I know that our scholarship snapper, Fitzpatrick, is graduating after this season so there is a chance he could earn a scholarship although I think initially a preferred walk on offer is more likely. It looks like we have offered a scholarship to a kicker in this class and I doubt we would use two scholarships in the same class for special teams.
