Certainly a fluid athlete with some forward burst. Also a willing tackler. Nothing in his tape screams "Offer as CB already!" only because the highlights are more skewed toward offense. But I think local kids who are good athletes should generally be considered higher priority, and he certainly fits the bill. A campus/camp evaluation makes sense as the tape does not allow any conclusions about his ability to be a P5 corner.
