I forgot to post this before, but I had a conversation with Kyle Nunn about NU linebacker recruiting before the New Year. With Blake Gallagher already committed to the Class of 2017, we had a thread on the board about how many LBs the Cats will take this year. I believe that Nunn will wind up a Cat, and Pete Werner also seems very interested early.
Well, it seems like the Cats would be able to take all three. Nunn said he believes NU will take "three or four" LBs in this class. Gallagher, Nunn and Werner are all listed as OLBs, so if they get those three they may decide to take a MLB as well. And really, I think they'll take the best guys they can and worry about positions later.
