A quick look at SIU-E

Scrolling down to near the bottom on kenpom.com you'll find SIUe at #327, slightly above other upcoming opponents Chicago State (#338) and MVSU (#348).

That's a good thing. We need some games where BMac's and Demps' legs can rest some. Hopefully we make it happen. The B1G slate is such a grind.

I think this is vastly overrated. They're 21ish years old and pretty much in their peak physical conditions. I don't think them playing 25 minutes these next few games instead of 35 has any difference on if they will "wear down" over the course of the B1G season.

I think the main reason BMac slowed down last year had more to do with a ten game B1G skid and being mentally worn out. Could be completely wrong, but that's how I see it

He has said that he was sick down the stretch and that is why he wore down. NU won 4 out of 5 after the 10 game skid so it is hard to see how that could be the cause.......

Would like to see Ash and Lindsey get some more minutes. Tre amd MaC get a lot of PT - sometimes you bcan lead from the bench
