AFCA Convention

The AFCA convention is from January 8-10. Is this where Fitz plans on sitting in a room, smoking a cigar, interviewing viable candidates for our open DC position? If not, will we have to wait for the end of the NFL season for some castaway?

I would hope Fitz already has a short list of DC candidates, and in the best case scenario would be announcing the new guy by the end of this week. But that's probably asking for too much as an NU fan.

I would sincerely hope that Fitz doesn’t NEED to wait for the AFCA to interview folks, but perhaps will use the opportunity to interview a bunch of guys in a confirmatory way.
