BR web page designers need to do more testing. I couldn't read that page at all with Chrome on a laptop. It kept jumping back to the top when I tried to scroll the page.

Worked fine on my Macbook Pro with Safari........

It works after it finishes loading. If I try to read it while it's loading it jumps around.
