Knock on wood, but it seems like Northwestern is relatively healthy this preseason, at least from what public reports have been issued. The only losses to scholarship players are McEvily, Taylor and Short. The practice intensity will start to taper as the Cats enter Game week preparation Monday, so the chance for practice injuries decreases somewhat. This could be the healthiest NU has been going into game 1 since 2012.
