PJ Haggerty is transferring from Tulsa a year after he transferred from TCU. Going to be a good scorer. But anyway, somebody on the socials said that because he redshirted his freshman year then transferred to Tulsa, the first year transfer didn't count. He also played in half a dozen countable games, then redshirted. It wasn't reported as a medical redshirt. This same person said that the rules changed for basketball a few years ago. Is this all true?
