Anyone else that didn't receive their "print at home" tix?

first mail is just a confirmation. second mail never game (looked everywhere). Website offers "reprint" option but says I don't have any eligible tix (but shows the purchase on a different screen)

Weird. Going to call them when they open. zzzzz
