AP Poll

^ Geeze, how soon people forget.

The 'Cats had gotten votes during the 2010-11, '11-12 and '12-13 seasons - getting as many as 15 votes in '11-12.

But that was surpassed by a 25 ranking in the AP poll in '10-11.

But that all went south once conference play hit.

W/ the B1G being down this season, this could be the chance for the 'Cats to remain a vote-getting team (and possibly ranked), but would feel a lot better about it if Law were playing (tho, like how Skelly is playing).

^ Oops - make that the 2009-10, '10-11 and '11-12 seasons.

In '09-10, had that early loss to Butler, but wins over ND, ISU, NCST and Stanford OOC.

Hitting the Top25, even if it gets blown away come conference play, would be great for the program and the continuing up and coming CCC storyline.

Just go 1-0 tomorrow night. And then again, and again,......

Rankings will take care of themselves. Cats need to control what they can control. Which is how they prepare and play each game. Realistically this isn't a top 25 team, but that doesn't matter.
