They've got Michael Penix Jr., who won the starting job over Ramsey last year as a redshirt freshman. But he's injury-prone. He battled injuries all season and Ramsey wound up playing a lot. Penix tore his ACL in 2018, too.

Any recruit is coming in next year, a year after Ramsey was already gone. This has nothing to do with replacing him.
