Question : should MM open the kimono a bit and eschew going "vanilla" against ball State, but instead, aim to run a good number of the passing plays that must work if we are to have a good --or even decent--October ? At this point in the season, irrespective of OL issues and a young QB, an area of deficiency appears to be the receivers , ie blocking, getting separation and simply catching the ball. Building confidence and getting timing down in a game situation would seem to be an important objective of this final OOC game.
