I think most people have this figured out by now, but just in case someone hasn't here's the tip.
First, the TV announcers will be terrible. It's the ACC network and they will be 100% homeys for Duke. You can count on it and won't be able to really enjoy the game. It will be much better to listen to Dave Eanet instead.
If you have a DVR, then mute the sound and get the wgnradio.com feed from the Internet on a computer, tablet, phone, etc. The WGN internet feed is always delayed about one or two minutes so you can sync the video to the audio. Just use the pause, forward, and backwards buttons on the DVR to adjust the timing to the audio. When they go away for commercial breaks WGN doesn't always take the same amount of time that the TV takes, so you may have to slightly resync after a break. Sometimes not.
If you are in the Chicago area and use WGN broadcast on the radio, then you may not be able to do this because I don't believe there is the same delay that there is with wgnradio.com. In fact the audio may even be ahead of the TV so it would be impossible to sync them. I'm not sure since I'm in California and don't get the live radio broadcast.
But with Direct TV and wgnradio.com I watch all CAT's games listening to Dave Eanet. The difference is night and day.
GO CATS!
