Look for some information/news about our Bastketball program this afternoon. Nothing Earth Shattering but news we all wanted to hear.

The schedule for the upcoming season is being released. They said as much via twitter earlier today.

Two conference games on December 1 (Illinois) and December 3 (@Purdue) to make up for the early end to the season.

The three game final home stand against MSU, MD and Wisconsin could well determine whether NU gets a double bye in the BTT.....

Mark your calendars now for 12/16/2017 DePaul Chicago, Ill.

Battle for Rosemont's D1 Team

You're probably joking, but that's the game me and Virginia Jr are going to fly up and catch (along with the Dec19) game, because it fits best in my work schedule. I'm still excited regardless of who we play!

News flash. The real big news is that Marvin Bagley III has switched his commitment to NU and has stated that he wants to play for a young innovative coach not one who is nearly over the hill!!

Can we put the phrase "Enough said" or "Nuf Said" in the same category with "The check's in the mail" or "I promise I'll call you tomorrow"? It is never the truth. If you've really said enough, you wouldn't have to say "enough said".

The only sign I ever brought into Welsh-Ryan Arena was the year after Ced Neloms' last-second shot to beat the Illini. I believe the sign said "46-43, 'NUf said" with the NU part in purple. We thought we were soooo clever. Haven't really used "Nuf Said" since then.
