And I'm sure most of you know this, but if you have a Roku (or similar device), you can easily stream the Watch ESPN app onto your home TV screen.

Does anyone know if any regular channel in Chicago is televising the game? The link says "WCIU D2" is covering in Chicago. Is that a different station than WCIU, because an online check of Saturday programing on WCIU shows Svengoolie at 11:00 a.m. As much as I enjoy Svengoolie, I would rather watch the game.

Did you look after Svengoolie? Game is an 11:30 kickoff

It's a different station. It's WCIUDT2 on my Xfinity guide, channel 230. Says Northwestern at Duke.

Thanks. In reviewing the WCIU programing guide again, I noticed that I erroneously choose "The U" rather than "UToo" Who knew the "U" was so diverse?

Correction: Utoo is Channel 230 on Comcast in Skokie. 183 is just the digital version of WCIU.

"The game will also be available on Watch ESPN/ESPN3 and ESPN College Extra."

My cable company informs me they have just added several ESPN College Extra Channels. Nothing plays on those channels at this point in time except for a graphic. When I go into the program guide listings nothing is listed for Saturday, or any other day for that matter. Anyone have experience with ESPN College Extra and is there any way to learn what, if any, college games will be playing on the series of channels come Saturday? The channel that the guy at the counter thinks might be playing the Duke v NU game is identified as "ESPN Xtra 3." Can anyone confirm that "ESPN Xtra 3 will in fact be playing our game? And is this a TV broadcast or only audio?

For those who watch from overseas, I have confirmed that the Duke game will be shown on ESPN Player beginning at 17.30 (5.30pm) BST.

ESPN College Extra is basically the old ESPN GamePlan, where you pay a fee in order to get out-of-market broadcasts, much like NFL Sunday Ticket. I have no idea what specific channel the NU-Duke game will be on, but if you look here (http://espn.go.com/espncollegeextra/) you can see it'll be on there somewhere.

Pretty boring lineup with three exceptions:

Northwestern @ Duke should be a great game.
Rutgers @ Penn State will let us see just how bad Penn State really is.
Pittsburgh @ Iowa is the other potentially exciting game.

Is UNC good enough to evaluate Illinois?

FYI, I found NUvDuke on channel CUCW, channel 8 on Comcast in the Twin Cities, Minnesota--by going to the Duke schedule on the ACC Network site to find CUCW (local here), and there are corresponding stations in many other cities. AND, so I can record the game which I won't be able to watch at 11:30.

Considering they are favorited by 10 points over IL, I'd say yes.

Yep. The game is available in pretty much every major market on one channel or another, so that channel list in my post is very useful.

Not bad for week 3 for the reasons you cite. Interested to see how Illinois fares.
