A10 going to Dayton But for NU, AQ in BIG just need to be ranked ahead of us, not in top 36 to not cause us a problem and even so with the win yesterday, still not an issue. Power rankings I put in yesterday showed that of the teams remaining (after yesterdays games), we are ranked 40th and all but MD are ranked a head of us. MD is ranked 41. As such, I don't see a problem though to be fair, it show us as having a 68% chance of getting a bid.If both Mary and Minny go down, then the B1G AQ will fall to a team that probably is outside the overall top 36(per the committe). Not good unless of course the winner is NU.
Also if Minny goes down it is to MSU who is rated a head of us and if MD goes down, it would be to us.A10 going to Dayton But for NU, AQ in BIG just need to be ranked ahead of us, not in top 36 to not cause us a problem and even so with the win yesterday, still not an issue. Dayton lost, so the A10 AQ falls below the top 36 most likely.A10 going to Dayton But for NU, AQ in BIG just need to be ranked ahead of us, not in top 36 to not cause us a problem and even so with the win yesterday, still not an issue. But two conferences already have their AQ to teams ranked. WSU and Gonzaga. That means at least top 38. And they don't have to be in the top 38 . Only ones that hurt are those ranked behind us in multiple bid conferences that get the AQ. That said, my power ranking site showed NU with only a 68% chance of getting a bid.Dayton lost, so the A10 AQ falls below the top 36 most likely.
If none of the teams 1-36 (per the committees final ranking) has an AQ they will get every single AL bid. Hopefully NU is one of them.
