I realize these are human votes, but the voters rely on the computer rankings and NET rankings and here's what the computers miss.
We are an improving team. Not so much Audige and Beran, who are playing somewhat better team defense, but really its all the other guys. Barnhizer has improved. Buie is significantly better, Nicholson is impactful and improving. Verhoeven has gotten more involved with less fouling. Martinelli never played in the non-conference, but he is providing decent minutes and will only improve.
We lost to Auburn when Verhoeven was our starting center. No way do we lose to them now.
Honestly, my concern is "what does Collins do with the rotation when Roper is healthy enough to play?"
