For what it’s worth, here is how I see the Big Ten teams. I took into account and ranked all 14 teams on the following items:
Coaching, Offense, Defense, Special Teams, (Returning) Experience, (Perceived) Schedule Convenience, Environment (Home Field Advantage), and Recruiting. Then I averaged out the scores of the subjective rankings and came out with the following rankings for 2018. These are obviously not what I HOPE for, but...
