Chase, this NU fan would love to see you back in the purple/NCAAs next season. There are many more like me. Can we cheer for you one more season as you continue to represent Northwestern on and off the court with all of your talents?

Just imagine hoisting a conference championship banner in Welsh-Ryan Arena. Just imagine playing in the Sweet Sixteen, going farther than NU has ever gone - beating a No. 1 seed not in the second round, but in the regional finals or Final Four because NU earned an awesome seed in the NCAAs. Think about getting DPOY again (and not sharing it with anyone). Cover of Sports Illustrated as part of the best backcourt in the country. All of that could be yours!

You've got your degree, we don't need to sell how awesome NU is anymore, but think about how much time you'll have to sit on the lakefill on beautiful days. Going to the beach. Hopping on the el (or in your car) and heading to the city for a great dinner or other activity that only Chicago can provide.

Chase, you don't know me, but there are lots of people like me who can't wait to cheer for you for one more year. Whatever you decide, we will respect, and we thank you for all of your contributions up to this point, but I think you're not done yet. Come on back, let's keep this party going!

Is this letter going to end up on twitter like that Mizzou fan's heartfelt message to the Ryan Wingo?
I sure hope not.

Chase, if you're reading this (or even if you're not), I wish you the best of luck playing professional basketball. I'll be rooting for you. Thanks for leading NU to the NCAAs this year!

Chase, I hope you come back as well - but if you choose another path, I'll also be cheering for you. Lots of gratitude for how you have brought us to the basketball version of the promised land!

This isn’t that bad.

But it worked as well. Chase is going pro - I hope he fulfills his dream of playing in the NBA.

Thank you for everything Mr. Audige!

Good for him. The two wing transfers came to play and need minutes. There are 4 quality players at wing and sg and Boo as lead guard gives 5 players for 3 spots. The stronger of the two FY guards is hopefully ready for some limited minutes as well. Use the open spot for a PF if possible. That is a harder pisitiin ti recruit. Chase helped drive a turnaround year and will always be a popular Cat. His playing at next level any where is good.
