I think it is a telling sign that even in our good years under Fitz we have not had any talented coaches that moved on to head coaching jobs. I realize Hank was a lifer assistant and if memory serves me the only reason we got him was because of Barnett. Barnett had Vanderlin, and Walker had Kevin Wilson I believe. I think it is concerning issue. Either we have to put some more money toward paying our coaching staff or Fitz has to start identifying better coaches. After the stadium is built our only excuse will be academics.
