Has anyone checked in with the coaches to see if there is a strategy to any potential Colorado transfers?

Are there any that we are looking at?

Colorado at least was playing a pac 12 schedule last year. Yes the team was bad, but there must be a few quality players in the mass exodus and at least some that could get into NU.

Is it an issue that most of the transfers have multiple years of eligibility?

That wasn’t my question.

I’m wondering if any of these players. With multiple years of eligibility left are players fitz would want.

Most of the transfers he targets are grad transfers or one year players. A couple have had 2 years of eligibility.

Much of the At has to do with talent and being able to get past admissions.

Just because the team was bad doesn't mean all the individual players leaving were bad. We just had 4 guys drafted from a 1-11 team.

When you’re hired to clean up a mess, you clean it up. Prime is cleaning out the dead weight and bringing in some kids who can play. He’s in major rebuild mode and looks to be doing a good job so far.
At the end of the day, Buff’s success the first year will be on the shoulders of Primes son at QB.

It might take few recruiting cycles, but Prime will turn Colorado into a winner.

If nothing else, Colorado football will be fascinating to watch this fall. If it works, you’ll have dozens of teams copying Sanders’ blueprint over the next few years.

Colorado’s losing a bunch of good players but it looks like they’re replacing them with more highly rated players.

According to the crystal ball site, they have three 4 star recruits and one five star recruit joining this fall.

They also have 47 transfers joining the team, including thirteen 4-5 star players.

I’ll be looking forward to seeing how it all plays out. It could be a resounding success or a complete disaster. I’ll be watching either way…until I get bored and move on to the next novel thing.

That will be an interesting trick if dozens of schools are copying this process in a few years.
Since the entire process first begins with hiring Deon Sanders unless someone has a cloning machine it seems to me that it will be difficult for more than one team to do this at a time.

Sanders is a household name to many of these families. I am not sure Johnny No Name Coach has the cache to get it done like this. Plus it is likely to have varying degrees of success. Might work a few times and be a disaster a few other times. Tough having turnover like this and immediately turning it around.
