After winning his first eight openers, Fitz has now split his last six. So I thought it would be interesting to compare all three season-opening losses. The bad news is that both of the previous times, the Cats followed up their opening loss with an even more disappointing loss to an opponent from a lower level conference their next time out. Next up is (gulp) UNLV.

Could another Northwestern clunker be on the way?
