If they stick to precedent, the NCAA could theoretically grant waivers to anyone who wanted to transfer out of MSU. Especially guys who just signed/enrolled.

MSU signed four guys listed as WRs in their signing day release. I'm not aware of any NU connection to any of them.

Don't believe the St. Ed's kid would get in, but haven't looked lately.
