Only way it somehow gets undone is if as you said: both Schill and Gragg are fired by December. Ryan (and son) and other big donors take control of the process of hiring another president/AD with the mandate to rehire Fitz.
Hate to say but just seems like such a remote possibility right now and the stench of the hazing allegations will last forever on Fitz (unfair if the evidence shows that possibly what we know from the Daily was exaggerated but that's a reality).
Fitz era is 99% likely done. That 1% is a true Hail Mary.
Other thing is rehiring Fitz would prove just as contentious as firing him has been. That's why you almost never see these kinds of things undone. There'd be large parts of campus (professors/some parts of alumni base/parts of student body) that would never accept this kind of "donors take the wheel of the University to rehire Fitz" situation.
