Winning ugly is a good thing sometimes. The team knows they can play better. What still baffles me is how we are lacking scoring options and Brown still doesnt see a single second of playing time. This is absolutely ridiculous. I dont care what is going on behind the scenes. Whether he has declared he will transfer or whether Collins is trying to run him off, he should still play and could be a secret weapon that comes in and gives us those extra 10 pts that these guys just arnt able to produce right now. You have to live in the moment, we cant change the close losses and blowouts earlier in the season. We have a chance in every remaining game. Time for Chris to use the term all hands on deck. That includes giving Brown a chance. Its not like these guys dont practice with him and dont know his tendencies.
Lets go 1-0 on Tuesday and keep the dream alive. Until they tell us there are no more games to play, I will keep the faith.

Brown has his warmup top off during the game, so it appears he is hoping to play. If he had decided to transfer and had no shot at playing there would be no reason to get out of his warmups?

Yes, I was talking about the first paragraph of that obituary. Doesn’t mean Im not keeping the faith until we are knocked out of the big ten tourney just like every season. But I truly think its a joke Brown gets no run. We need pts badly, he is at least worthy of a chance no matter what is going on behind the scenes.

Ash is clearly the best defender on the team. Ash also shoots the three as well as McIntosh and better than Scottie this year. Check out " espn stats basketball Northwestern"!. They are all at 33 percent for the year. Brown shot 20 percent from three point land last year. I am afraid to say it, but Brown got Vasserized. My guess is Collins looking for a four star point guard!
