I love the predicted scores, though. 14-13. 13-10. 12-7. 17-13. 28-17. 10-9. Exciting stuff, for sure!

I also predicted a low scoring game, but I'm starting to have second thoughts on that. With Minnesota being so banged up, especially in the secondary, I think we might be more productive on offense than most people expect. And if Minnesota struggles on offense themselves, we make break this one open in the second half. Maybe a 27-10 victory by the 'Cats?

After years of being starved of good defense, I am like a person in the desert that comes upon an oasis - I can't get enough of it. For us, that is. Not too exciting if the opponents' tough defenses grind us to a halt.

Predictions are always so funny, especially in college football when it's contingent on college students. God bless NU football, but I wouldn't trust a 19 year old "undecided" major to remember to feed my dog much less cover a seven point spread.

I'd like to see ESPN analysts hired and fired on the basis of their ratio of correct picks. "Kirk Herbstreit was fired from ESPN today, after only correctly picking 0.558 of his games last season."

This was pointed out by the commenters too. Very strange. My guess is that someone changed their selection at the last minute and they still went with it.
