Here’s an interesting list of each NFL franchise’s GOAT player.

Sadly, none are NU alumni, although we at least played a few of them:

Hey...one is the brother of an NU player. And I saw him at the 'Plex once.

Your list here is pretty solid. Might proffer Curtis Martin for Darrell Revis, maybe?

I'd put Fran Tarkenton ahead of Randy Moss for the Vikings.

I also think Sammy Baugh was probably a greater "Commander" than Darrell Green, but very few people who saw him play are still alive so I get it.

Very light on OL. Munoz the only one I see. A case could definitely be made for Walter Jones over Russell Wilson in Seattle, or Orlando Pace over Donald for the Rams.

I think it's funny that Warren Moon never wore a Titans uniform, nor did he participate in the franchise's lone Super Bowl, yet he is considered the best Titan of all time.

(He was pretty darn good, though.)

Give Skoronski a few years and he’ll fix that.

When your franchise's best player ever is Matt Ryan, you are not a franchise that has seen a lot of success. Didn't Deion start his career in Atlanta?

If it weren't for JB, the great Otto would be on the list.

For such an underperforming franchise, the Bears could have another RB, Sayers, on the list and a good # of defensive players.

Also, I have to wonder if O. J. Simpson would have been the pick for the Bills except for reasons.

Can never argue against Payton, but what you say here is true as well.

Hard to call Moss a poor choice, but Tarkenton crossed my mind as well. Grew up watching him dissecting the Bears in the early '70's.
