It's gonna be a tough matchup for NU in their first home Big Ten game at the new Welsh-Ryan. Michigan is a buzzsaw right now. They have three double-digit wins over ranked teams and are coming off of demolishing North Carolina and Purdue. They have the current Big Ten player of the week (Jordan Poole) and freshman of the week (Ignas Brazdeikis). By the looks of things, there's gonna be quite a bit of Maize & Blue in here, too.

Then again, Collins has never lost to Michigan at home in his career (3-0).

We got no defense! Ash is coming in. If we don't stop em now,game is over and season is over. Taylor can't defend. Got destroyed. Our starting five need to be Tyrner,Kopp, Law,Pardon and Ash. With Gaines first off the bench. Keep your defensive integrity. Taylor was getting absolutely smoked. He is a great offensive Player,just not a defender

This doesn't make sense, does it? Don't the donation requirements at least for the lower bowl make it cost prohibitive?

I don’t think so. I’d say 70-30 Cats fans. Yellow just pops. Although I’m really disappointed in my section of “season ticket holders”. It’s closer to 50/50 in 209. I never had this in my old seats.

Cats are playing really hard. Michigan is just unconscious right now, making almost everything they throw up. Seems like it has been that way ever since the B1G Tournament last season.

Nope! He got tired. He kept us in the game. We can win this game! Ash needs to play 12 minutes this second half. Taylor and Turner are killing us on defense. Both are offensive players, not defenders.

The 'Cats gave Indiana all they could handle at their place and they're keeping Michigan within striking distance at halftime. There's plenty to be optimistic about.

I'd feel better about close losses to good teams if we had a young team doing the battling. But this team is all about two guys who will be gone next year.

I agree 109% Get Law and Pardon the ball. We need Ash in there for at least 12-14 minutes. Taylor and Turner are killing us on defense. Without Taylor, we would be up in this game. Taylor can't defend the big boys. They run right by him! That is why Gaines and Ash need to be on the floor at all times

I can hardly watch this. Turner cannot handle the ball as a true guard. He already has three turnovers. Collins experiment is not working. Either Ash or the new frosh point guard has to be on the court at all times. Taylor and Turner are just killing us on the defensive front
