Well, it's a home Big Ten game and NU is favored. This is one the Wildcats have to get if they want to get the league wins they need to make the tournament.

Minnesota is one of the surprises of the league, coming off of a road win at Purdue, their first Big Ten road win since 2015. Bryant McIntosh will have his hands full with Nate Mason, who is coming off of a 31-point, 11-assist effort against the Boilers. The Gophers also have 6-6 forward Jordan Murphy, the No. 4 rebounder in the Big Ten at 8.5 per game.

It's a good game to get Dererk Pardon back.

It looks like we're going to have a pretty good crowd tonight. There's a little bit of a buzz at Welsh-Ryan tonight for the first home Big Ten game for the Cats.

Go 'Cats! Perfect game for BMac to come back to life. (Fingers crossed!)

Man, both teams are shooting the lights out tonight. NU is 6-6, Minnesota is 7-8.

Trying to listen on ESPN on line and it keeps cutting out every 60 sec. terrible live stream. Doesn't hold a candle to WGN.

Ash almost had the steal!

Both teams came out red-hot, hitting a combined 13 of their first 14 shots. NU hit its first six. B-Mac hit his first two shots, which is encouraging, but he also has two early turnovers. Pardon has played every minute so far in his first game in six weeks.

Pardon struggling with his wrapped hand.

Not sure how long i can listen to this terrible internet radio feel on ESPN. keeps cutting out and I have to refresh every 60 seconds.

Mac playing well, that was a clutch finish at the end of the half.

Mac is not slumping tonight.

A few too many turnovers, but a good first half.

Minnesota is GOOD on offense. Giving us trouble defensively- and they're making some tough shots too.

Absolutely HUGE that we're not fouling much. Lumpkin picked up his second late, but no one else is in any trouble.

Interesting that we've gone zone a fair amount.

Difference in the half is that they've missed all their free throws.
