Yeah, I think that summarizes well what most of us think of these new hires. It's a fresh start with young guys that come from programs that have been excelling on field. Pretty consistent philosophy behind the hires in a lot of ways.

I like the new hires a lot, and I like Fitz going after these types of coaches. I hope it is what is needed for Fitz to turn this thing in the right direction. I don't want to think what would have to happen if there are a couple more season like the last two.
