Please forgive me for predicting a loss against Stanford.

After further review, and in depth research, and a few cheap beers (yes I know it is beer but it soundz better this way) I have recanted my prediction and am now predicting a win, as in a solid win.

Honestly, I think it will be evident to all, after a few series, that we are the better team than Stanford. On the defense, it appears to be pretty bad. On the offense, they have a good QB but so did Mississippi State until we tossed in the Cat paw wrench.

I don't believe this game will be close. I'm not even joking. As far as the score, probably a 8 point Cat win but only because of junk time at the end.

4 Turnovers by Stanford due to our smashmouth defense, and a surprising but "Turk certified" game plan on offense by McCall.

There will be some surprises that are here to stay for the season {and I'm not talking trick or gimmick plays], and it appears that Fitz is gotz the boys ready to play this year's opener after a sleep walk in last year's opener. Impressive indeed.

Sorry, but you emphatically put this game as a Loss when interviewed by CJ and TJ. You cannot flip-flop once you have been interviewed by Huddlecast. You are on record for an 8-4 season.

TJ was the wise one. I lost count but CJ was nice enough to add them up for me and it was 8-4. As the original source, and prior to the kickoff, I maintain the right to re-forecast when the clouds are parting and it looks more like a sunny and 70 day.
