As many have seen, I've been trying to figure out why we've had so many injuries over the past 2 years. I've asked questions about the strength and conditioning staff... and I have another theory.
We take in lots of 18 year olds and tell them to put on 20, 30, 40, 50+ lbs. That can't be good for you body, your joints, or anything like that. Anyone think that might be the problem?
