Game Thread: Northwestern vs. Nebraska

Northwestern (13-12, 4-10 Big Ten) hosts Nebraska (16-9, 6-8 Big Ten) today at Welsh-Ryan Arena. The game is set for tip at 2 pm CT and will air on BTN. This is also Alumni Day for the program and Boo Buie will be back in the building for the first time since graduating last season.

Cats seem to really like hard bounce passes that the receiver can't get to cleanly. Lately the number of turnovers from bounce passes seems to have gone way up.

Also: is it me, or does Clayton take a bit too long to throw the ball in from out of bounds? I'm not saying these are five-second calls, but it's three games now where it seems like he struggles to find someone until the last possible moment.

Little Hungry and I said hello. I reminded Boo how he had signed his jersey two years ago, when LH was a foot shorter. He’s as tall as Boo now.
