I’m fairly certain that it’s an automatic ejection and suspension for packing a lip (chew) in college baseball. Unless I’m crazy Harbaugh currently has what most would call a “fat lipper”. He’s constantly packing it back down and spitting. It’s slightly OT, but I thought I’d see if any of you know if the rules are different for football.
