Historically the Gophers have kept a lot of their kids in State, but the suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul should be good for Northwestern recruiting. I wonder how well we have recruited that area in the past. Maybe too few top tier talents, but we should be an attractive alternative for top academic kids.

PJ is probably a better recruiter than recent coaches, but NU should be better known in this heart of Big10 Country than Florida Oklahoma Texas area.
