Finally, here's the story on Bruce.
I was planning on posting this yesterday -- but a funny thing happened and I spent the afternoon in the ER instead. I had a severe allergic reaction to something I ate for lunch. It was pretty scary for a while -- my head was a red, welt-covered, swollen mess and my lips felt like pillows that were gonna burst if I smiled. I looked like Chuck Wepner, without the blood. The redness and hives spread to my chest and even my hands. They hooked me up to a steroid/antihistamine IV immediately, and within about a half hour I was back to a normal color. I went home within a couple hours and spent the afternoon in bed -- those antihistamines knocked my ass out.
Anyway, here's the story...
