Does a post like this help you understand why there is a call for people like Felis to be banned from this board? I admit that I did not have to engage him in his own thread. But I thought I was quite reasonable in engaging the topic without attacking him personally.

It's not about that what he's saying is unpopular. It's that he unnecessarily brings down the level of discourse and increases the level of negativity. He doesn't need to tell people to "Check the dictionary" and "learn to read".
