Read this passage about NU DE commit Trevor Kent from Josh Hemholdt's story from the Kansas City Rivals Camp:
Kansas native Trevor Kent is still recovering from ankle surgery and was unable to participate Sunday, but he did show up to catch the action in Kansas City. Kent reiterated that he did not foresee Northwestern being his college destination when he started the recruiting process months ago, but six weeks after making his commitment to the Wildcats the three-star defensive end says he remains excited about his future in that program and strong with his decision.
Kent said recruiting has slowed down for the most part since he made his commitment, but that Michigan has continued to stay active recruiting him and he is considering making a senior year official visit with the Wolverines just to make sure he made the right decision. Michigan is also holding a satellite camp near his house that he is considering attending in June.
We will see how Fitz feels about Kent taking an official somewhere else, if it comes to that.
