Honestly...I'm glad we lost this way - ugly with no excuses. No Fitz saying the ball didn't bounce our way, or it coming down to just one play. The question is...what happens behind closed doors? Is it awwe shucks we'll get em next time? (when we play them again several years from now)

i stole the post above from another thread. I think there's a chance that Harbaugh may not be Michigan's coach in 2018, when we next play them. I think he will restore Michigan to the Bo glory days rather quickly, and then get poached by the pros again. Even though he is a "Michigan Man", I question his long-term loyalty. And, furthermore, he is already a proven commodity in the NFL.

I do agree with Sheffielder that a blow out loss is perhaps better than a nail-biting defeat. We know we have a lot of work to do in the coming week if we are to beat Iowa.

I think he has little interest in coaching in the NFL at this point. He prefers college players that cycle through every 4 years and are more receptive to his coaching. 30+ year old professionals don't take as kindly to being yelled at.

This seems to be wishful thinking by most non-Michigan fans.
