Well, the only thing that was good about the first half is that it is over. Down 13. I believe DePaul has about 100 offensive rebounds so far, though I may be undercounting since there have been so many...
We lose Lyon early in the third (4 fouls) go down 17, but somehow we cut it to 3 at the end of the quarter. 55-52 DePaul.
Predictably, we expended so much energy clawing back into the game that we were out of gas at the end. Our first loss 77-64. Hopefully we will learn from it; though the DePaullini, (they are basically combo team of DePaul players and players who transferred from Illinois) played well, that first half was unacceptable for a team of our abilities.
