I'm now watching the Cubs. At least their manager/coach will not take a knee. Cubs 5, deadbirds 1 jn the 2nd.
I knew after the kickoff I'd be better off spending my Saturday doing other things. I just checked the final score and guessed right. We'll be ready for Iowa at home. We're not a championship level program yet. We're good and developing, but not championship caliber. Lights were too bright for over 100K at the Big house today. My only issue is that we played worst than even people picking us to lose expected. No excuse for that.
Yup, you nailed it loneb. Michigan is just plain damn good and Harbaugh is a hell of a coach. Some will overreact and worry that NU won't win another game, but this was the best team on the schedule this season and, to quote Elwood, they are on a mission from God. Hopefully, no serious injuries and NU will bounce back Saturday against Iowa.
