Now that we know it is Rosemont for 2017, the interesting question is how will season ticket priority be addressed in 2018 and beyond in the new stadium. It is a very interesting question for existing season ticket holders. The Athletic Administration seems to be hinting buy your season tickets so you have "priority" for 2018...but what does that mean?
Does NU have a large block of prime seats on both sides set aside for future donors, PSL, or other seating that trumps existing season ticket holder seats and locations? One would presume that is likely. Does keeping existing season tickets or buying new ones really help, and if so, how much. Maybe take the $1500 cost of some season tickets at the Horizon and give it as a donation. Does that help more than the "credit" for being a season ticket holder ..
I would hope their is more clarity about how they intend to prioritize seating in the new arena before season ticket decisions are due next year.
