It look liked the injury occurred on the very first play, when his helmet hit the QBs leg. Even though he played after that, I didn't see any other contact to the head on the rewatch, and he was in view every play.

In fact their QB took out TWO safeties on different plays-- don't see that often. Bizarre game overall.

With his leaping over players in at least two designed run plays I was surprised their QB didn't get injured as well.
