Interesting stat: in the past four years (since Paul Christ took over), Northwestern has had the closest margin of victory against Wisconsin at 8.75 ppg. They are also the ONLY B1G West team to have multiple wins over the Badgers (two) in that span. Iowa is the only other West team to beat them AT ALL.
A win will be tough, but Fitz and the staff have had the Badgers within striking distance and much better than most other B1G West teams recently. I don’t want to look ahead (let’s go 1-0 every week) but BIG game the last weekend in October.
