Not an accurate statement. I have a strong and loyal following. I chose not to post on bearinsider because it's a cesspool, but please feel free to come over to the cal rivals board anytime you like.
why are you so angry? In a few weeks at the tailgate, let me know if there is some way in which I offended you. I have nothing against you but it's fairly obvious, at least to me, that I have offended you, otherwise why would you go out of your way and bring up my handle in a bad way on several occasions unless you think you are smarter than me and I'm an idiot. I don't think that you're an idiot. I think you intentionally pretend to be an idiot on this board to get a reaction out of people. For example, you've claimed that the world is flat on the rant board. This is very similar to Droski so yes, you two are different versions of someone doing the same schtick. As such, I pointed it out the similarity to everyone.
I really don't understand why you don't just be yourself on this board. I think you're a perfectly good guy in person. I even find your insights on football before and after the game to be very valid. Then you get on the board and you're the "Turk" character. So yes, I find you tirelessly annoying on the board. Between you, xyzbobxyz, and Feli, I even needed to take a break from being on here.
Then, if my comments offend you, ignore me. In any case, I'd appreciate it if you didn't use my name on many of your post to make your points. There are members on here who I don't care for either, but I don't bring them up commonly in my post in a bad light.

Nah, it must be deeper than that. I see alot of ignorant post, some by you, and i move on. However the difference im speaking about is that when i see a post that i find ignorant and choose to engage, i do so by challenging or clarifying it by commenting to the poster Otherwise i do not believe it is fair.

Shakes, some posters can get away with just about anything by me, like Glades, and even others, but you are not one of them. I simply ask that you make your points without dragging me into your opinion. But, if you feel compelled to put me down, then at least engage me in the conversation instead. I mean, from my perspective, you are making a habit of tossing my name into things that you drag through mud. I don't believe that is fair and I'd like to think that you are above that.
You will. But I won't have the disrespect from Shakes. I have to be clear and check him on this. I mean I wouldn't have as much of a problem with it if he didn't drag my name in the mud like I was a piece of shit, if he at least looked me in the eye and engaged with me over whatever the issue was. If it happened once, then no big deal. Twice and I still give him the benefit of the doubt. But there is a problem when he does this commonly and he admitted that I have done nothing to offend him. I've turned over rocks and found nothing as he says he has nothing against me, is not offended by me, etc., but yet he continues to bring me up in ill repute post.
I only brought this up because I thought there was somehow a problem between me and him.
I'm just trying to square up the problem right now and I've asked him nicely to stop doing this, and try formulating his points without dragging my name into it, but no positive response from him.
I don't believe I have ever agreed with one thing that Shakes has said, but I'm just asking that he leaves my name out of it instead of taking shots at me in conversations that don't have the slightest to do with me.
OTOH, if I say something that he disagrees with, then I have no problem if he rips on my opinion. But that's not what we are talking about.

You created a word called Jerrified about how Jerry Brown makes his DBs worse which is complete BS. Am I offended by this, no, I'm not because I know it's all your little game and I don't plan on playing it, but bottom line is if you want to drag all of those people through the mud then deal with me calling Droski Cal's version of Turk or suggesting that most people just ignore your ignorant uninformed posts.... but I guess you'd rather play the victim. turk, you only brought it on yourself. I used to enjoy reading your posts, even though you had that wrassler-like attention whore quality at times. But you see, when you went over to TOLS (That Other Lame Site, aka Scout) and started trashing Rivals, the posters on WR such as Glades, CoralSpringsCat, and countless others, Lou, not to mention Fitz and the program, and especially players and recruits, you lost me. So if other posters bash you, I don't feel sorry for you at all, you deserve every disrespect and put-down that comes your way... Why? because you are the worst offender of all. You even claimed that you wouldn't post again on Rivals, yet here you are, because no one followed you to Scout like you thought they would. Like Shakes says, you seem to be an interesting guy in person, but on the internet, your turk persona simply sucks.
Try using the "Conversations" function at the top right part of the page. It enables private conversations and you don't have to broadcast email addresses and other info.
Interestingly this post about Drowski mutates into a segment on Turk. I don't know if Drowski and his pantheon of followers should be insulted.
To get under Drowski's skin don't call it Cal, rather by the proper name UC Berkeley or UCB. UCB is a good school in the UC system but some of the UC schools like my "other" school, UC San Diego is surpassing UCB in many areas particularly in biomedical research and engineering. The area surrounding UCSD on Torrey Pines Mesa has grown into a major center for biomedical research. Too bad UCB does not have a medical school, or a hospital. UCSD does.
