Jok, is a huge part of their game, though; when he had back spasms, they had zero chance against us. With him leaving, I believe they struggle next season.
And we would have destroyed Penn State today the way they played as well; before they wen't on a late run, they were down by 27, and looked every bit of a team that had quit. I was listing to the Iowa feed on the radio, and even the Iowa announcers were commenting about the lack of energy and hustle by Peen State in the second half more than they were praising Iowa. Kinda how Iowa looked vs. us, though without the late surge to make it close at the end...
As an aside, I didn't realize that it was possible for a station to air that many commercials on the virtues of corn. One touted the fact that the 2,000 ways that corn could be used would be demonstrated at an upcoming corn festival. Made me yearn for Barbasol and Nebby Hail Mary commercials....
